Returns:

Due tot he nature of herbal products and supplmenets, we do not Accept returns on opened or used items, unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or refund subject to the following conditons:

Items must be in original, resellable condition.

Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Returns must be pre-approved by contacting our office

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted

 

Refunds:

Approved returns will be processed with 7 - 10 business days of receiving the item. Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Non-Refundable Items include:

Open and used herbal products, customized formalas or prescriptions, services, discounted or promotional items.

Damaged or Defective:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48hours of delivery with photo evidence, we will then offer a replacement or refund.

How to initiate a Return:

Please email us at TBAHC@outlook.com or Call (813) 661-4252 with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide further instructions. The Beauty and Holistic Centre reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
